Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience
- 8+ years related experience with 3 years in management or supervisory roles preferred
- prior supervisory and customer service experience
- ability to comprehend and analyze complex business documents

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide formal supervision to employees
- monitor the training and development of staff
- conduct performance evaluations and coaching
- oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees
- coordinate and manage the team's daily activities
- establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff
- set and track staff and department deadlines
- mentor and coach as needed
- build and maintain trusted client relationships
- negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to resolve conflicting priorities
- ensure team support is efficient and consistent
- suggest process improvements
- assist with strategic solution development
- assess technological and training needs for teams and clients
- follow safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors
- develop vendor partnerships for cost savings
- manage contract service negotiations
- confirm vendors have current insurance and documentation
- oversee third-party vendor programs including food delivery, event organization, transportation, and mail distribution
- ensure all business service invoices are billed
- lead by example modeling CBRE RISE values
- influence stakeholders to reach agreements
- apply knowledge of discipline integration to achieve objectives
- identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues
