Job Requirements

  • 4 plus years of relevant experience in workplace programs or related fields
  • Ability to be on-site during normal business hours Monday through Friday, with availability for after-hours engagement as needed

Job Qualifications

  • 4 plus years of workplace programs, facilities, employee experience, events, and/or site management experience
  • Familiarity with facility management principles and operations is a plus
  • Experience in design and planning large scale events
  • Strong customer service skills involving complex issue resolution and actively listening to feedback
  • Experience organizing events and managing small projects efficiently
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to collect and analyze feedback to improve workplace services
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter capable of driving results independently
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain accuracy
  • Ability to manage workplace experience budget with financial management and reporting skills
  • Creative program development utilizing feedback for improvements
  • Proficient with Google and Microsoft product suites and other productivity software tools

Job Duties

  • Ensure a best in class end-to-end workplace experience for all employees and external guests across managed sites
  • Oversee workplace service operations including front desk receptionist, mailroom, janitorial, food and beverage, copy/print business supply hub, fitness centers, storage, and other amenities
  • Manage in-office food services program ensuring healthy variety in a cost effective way
  • Manage the activities of on-site contractors, providing guidance and support, and ensuring all contracted services are provided
  • Develop, plan, and execute employee events in the office based on employee feedback and interests
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events including catering, setups, and communications
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of workplace events and make recommendations for future improvements
  • Manage operational expenses for assigned cost centers including budgeting, tracking, reporting expenses, and vendor accountability
  • Partner with Real Estate, Facilities, Security, and Health and Safety teams to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Deploy space management principles by monitoring, tracking, and managing the physical workplace to promote efficiency and productivity
  • Support development of workplace services programs aligning with global services
  • Manage ad hoc projects related to workplace services, operations, and development
  • Partner with People Team, Branding and Belonging, and other teams to develop local, regional, and global programs and initiatives
  • Process and procedure development incorporating change management principles
  • Build systems for seamless operational excellence by developing scalable work process efficiencies through technology platforms
  • Stakeholder management through strong working relationships and communication
  • Lead team members and cross-functional partners to foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment
  • Act as a culture champion by modeling company policies and promoting diversity and inclusion
  • Ensure safety standards at managed sites and lead safety committee efforts in partnership with Global Environmental Health and Safety Program Manager
