Job Duties

  • Act as first point of contact for all visitors entering the facility displaying a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Issue visitor and parking passes while adhering to security protocols
  • Answer telephones professionally and create presentations for various group sizes
  • Coordinate and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities upon request
  • Handle janitorial or maintenance work orders and coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding
  • Address inquiries and complaints from employees and guests with professional, customer-focused solutions
  • Organize and lead onsite events including securing event spaces, setting up and tearing down rooms, and managing delivery of supplies
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures to ensure safety
  • Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace
  • Communicate detailed information within the team and follow manager's instructions
  • Solve straightforward problems using established procedures while exercising limited discretion
