Job Requirements

  • Adaptability to changing priorities and multitasking

Job Duties

  • Be the first impression by greeting clients and attendees with warmth and professionalism
  • Curate memorable meetings and events by planning, coordinating and executing them ensuring smooth operation
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, requests and concerns with a client-focused approach
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment by adhering to property-specific security and emergency procedures
  • Collaborate and execute tasks closely with your team following established procedures
  • Focus on detail and processes by adapting to fast-paced environment and utilizing procedures to solve problems
