Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • First point of contact for all those entering the facility
  • Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols
  • Make a memorable first impression by answering the telephone in a professional manner
  • Create presentations and speak to various-sized groups
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed
  • Submit Jira tickets for building services or space adjustments as needed
  • Coordinate and execute workplace services including office supply services and onboarding
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers
  • Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner
  • Organize and manage on-site events including securing event space, set up, tear down, and delivery of supplies
  • Prepare event spaces by checking seating, cleanliness, supplies, and room conditions
  • Coordinate and execute on-site events including room booking, nametags, setup, teardown, and logistics
  • Develop, print, and place event signage such as directional signs, reserved seating, and name badges
  • Liaise with IT/AV teams for tech setup and support during events
  • Escort large groups of external attendees from lobby to event areas
  • Support high-touch events with onsite staffing, decor setup, and guest assistance
  • Escort and oversee vendors during setup and teardown
  • Lead office tours and assist guests with accessibility needs during events
  • Receive and distribute vendor deliveries such as signage, food, rentals, florals, alcohol, and swag
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties
  • Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace
  • Explain detailed and/or complicated information within the team and follow manager directions
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while exercising limited discretion
