Job Duties

  • First point of contact for all those entering the facility
  • Greet visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols
  • Answer the telephone in a professional manner and create presentations for various-sized groups
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and submit Jira tickets as needed
  • Coordinate and execute workplace services including office supply services and onboarding
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers and provide professional solutions
  • Organize and manage on-site events including securing space, set up, tear down, and supply delivery
  • Prepare event spaces by checking seating, cleanliness, supplies, and room conditions
  • Liaise with IT/AV teams for technical setup and event support
  • Escort large groups of external attendees from lobby to event areas
  • Support high-touch events with onsite staffing, decor setup, and guest assistance
  • Escort and oversee vendors during setup and teardown
  • Lead office tours and assist guests with accessibility needs
  • Receive and distribute vendor deliveries
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
  • Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace
  • Communicate detailed information within the team and follow manager directions
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion
