Job Requirements

  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without need for visa sponsorship
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Open and flexible work schedules
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and memos
  • Desire and ability to present information to internal departments or large groups
  • Comfort meeting and engaging with new people warmly
  • Ability to assess circumstances, empathize, and offer help
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform duties involving significant walking, standing for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing or pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • First point of contact for all those entering the facility
  • Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols
  • Make a memorable first impression by answering the telephone in a professional manner
  • Create presentations and speak to various-sized groups
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed
  • Coordinate and execute workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers
  • Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner
  • Organize and manage on-site events including securing event space, set up and tear down, and delivery of supplies
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
  • Notify appropriate parties to ensure safety
  • Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace
  • Explain detailed or complicated information within the team
  • Follow specific directions as given by the manager
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion
