Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years functional experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to create a supportive and welcoming atmosphere
  • Basic computer knowledge and some IT knowledge
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think on feet
  • Facilities experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Oversee office space configurations, coordinate repairs, and ensure workstations are properly equipped
  • Encourage best practices in modern work environments, manage lost and found items, and educate employees on ergonomic and hoteling procedures
  • Regularly monitor wellness rooms, mother's rooms, and other shared spaces to ensure proper functionality
  • Act as a host by providing tours, answer facility and technology-related questions, coordinate events, and foster employee engagement
  • Help employees set up and operate workplace technology, submit service tickets when needed
  • Lead workplace initiatives and celebrations while supporting broader office culture efforts
