Job Requirements

  • Ability to work fully on-site at Concord, CA office

  • ability to lift and move office furniture and equipment when needed
  • excellent customer service skills
  • experience with administrative tasks and event coordination
  • capacity to act as Safety Floor Warden
  • proficiency in using security systems for badge management

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in workplace experience or office coordination
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • proficiency with office equipment and ticketing systems
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • proactive problem-solving mindset
  • familiarity with safety protocols and procedures

Job Duties

  • Help maintain internal standards for workplace experience furnishings, fixtures, and equipment
  • execute all administrative tasks including ordering and restocking office and break room supplies
  • assist with maintenance of workplace experience equipment and submit work order tickets
  • manage ticketing system for facility needs and emergency assistance
  • assist with coordination of office moves and relocations
  • coordinate company events and activities including venue contact and supply ordering
  • maintain oversight of conference rooms, break rooms, and common areas
  • act as Safety Floor Warden and maintain AED devices
  • liaise with property management and communicate building notices
  • manage onboarding/offboarding badge requests and run security reports
  • manage Pavilion space requests and calendaring
  • serve as backup for front desk including visitor management and phone calls
  • handle calendaring, mail, and parcel coordination
  • provide logistics support for meetings
  • manage front desk reception area function
