Job Requirements
- HS diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and memos
- Comfortable engaging with new people with a warm demeanor
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks requiring mobility
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greets employees and announces clients and visitors
- Issues visitor passes and validates parking
- Receives and transfers incoming calls to appropriate parties
- Provides coordination and support for delivery of workplace services like Concierge, Reception, Switchboard, and Room Management
- Provides A/V support, meeting and event management, supply and expense management, equipment care
- Maintains awareness of the workspace and submits janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed
- Responds to customer requests and complaints with accurate and detailed information
- Follows security and emergency procedures as defined for the property
- Responds to emergencies calmly and efficiently
