Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 3 to 4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience
- ability to follow basic work routines and standards
- strong communication skills
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- strong organizational skills
- ability to comprehend and interpret instructions
- comfortable meeting and assisting new people
- high attention to detail
- ability to work on feet for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- open and flexible work schedule
- authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- up to 2 years of job-related experience preferred
- 3 to 4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience
- strong organizational skills

- proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact for all those entering the facility
- greet visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- issue visitor and parking passes following security protocols
- answer telephone calls professionally
- create presentations and speak to groups
- arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities
- manage janitorial and maintenance work orders
- coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding
- acknowledge and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally
- organize and manage on-site events including space setup and teardown
- follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
- coordinate with vendors supplying workplace services
- communicate detailed information within the team
- apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems
