Job Requirements

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • HS Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant front desk, concierge, or customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret instructions, and ask clarifying questions
  • Comfortable interacting warmly with new people
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Capability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs frequently

Job Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience
  • Open and flexible work schedules
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and memos
  • Comfortable engaging with new people with a warm demeanor
  • Able to assess circumstances, empathize, and offer help
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility
  • Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Record and log service requests and track the statuses
  • Provide administrative aid to management as needed
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
  • Encourage guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates to the location
  • Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations including preferred transportation sources, dining, and entertainment
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
  • Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors
  • Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner
  • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives
  • May establish new techniques to ensure the team meets its objectives
  • Has a direct impact on team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams
  • Ensure personal and team outcomes positively impact customer objectives
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values
  • Guide team through basic knowledge of practices and procedures
  • Work to build consensus
