Job Requirements

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • HS Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or other hospitality experience
  • Open and flexible work schedules
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, and memos and ask clarifying questions
  • Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor, being able to assess circumstances, empathize, and offer help
  • Apply a high level of attention to detail as well as strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work requiring significant walking or through other means of mobility
  • This includes standing in position for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and/or pulling, and frequently lifting up to 40 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to stand in position for extended periods, reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 40 lbs

Job Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility
  • Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Record and log service requests and track the statuses
  • Provide administrative aid to management as needed
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
  • Encourage guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates to the location
  • Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
  • Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors
  • Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner
  • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives
  • May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives
  • Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams
  • Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values
  • Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures
  • Work to build consensus
