Job Duties
- Provide high-level internal and external customer support
- Assist with creating a collaborative environment through employee engagements and personal introductions
- Speak knowledgeably about office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and points of interest
- Plan and execute employee engagements for clients, employees, and guests
- Support workplace employee engagements with any set-up needs
- Communicate effectively with peers and leadership with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain strong awareness of business activity and communicate updates
- Interact effectively with all other departments
- Provide proactive, timely, and clear communication about changes and operational needs
- Solve space or amenities-related issues to ensure an elevated user experience
- Observe floor operations and suggest strategic enhancements
- Meet or exceed company initiatives and key performance indicators
- Support welcome reception in absence of welcome host and during meal breaks
