Job Requirements

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • minimum of 2 years relevant experience in hospitality or customer service roles
  • exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and execution skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to collaborate and adapt to multitasking and changing priorities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 2 years experience in meeting and event planning, front desk, concierge, customer service, or related hospitality role
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse individuals
  • organizational skills with attention to detail
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for building occupants and visitors
  • greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • issue visitor and parking passes while following security protocols
  • answer telephone calls professionally and create presentations for various group sizes
  • arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities
  • manage janitorial and maintenance work orders
  • coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding
  • acknowledge and address inquiries or complaints with professional customer service
  • organize and manage on-site events including space booking and logistics
  • follow security and emergency procedures to ensure building safety
  • coordinate with vendors providing services or goods
  • explain detailed information within the team and follow manager directions
  • use existing procedures to resolve straightforward problems
