- minimum of 2 years relevant experience in hospitality or customer service roles

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for building occupants and visitors
- greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- issue visitor and parking passes while following security protocols
- answer telephone calls professionally and create presentations for various group sizes
- arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities
- manage janitorial and maintenance work orders
- coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding
- acknowledge and address inquiries or complaints with professional customer service
- organize and manage on-site events including space booking and logistics
- follow security and emergency procedures to ensure building safety
- coordinate with vendors providing services or goods
- explain detailed information within the team and follow manager directions
- use existing procedures to resolve straightforward problems
