Job Duties
- Register guests with building security
- Provide a gracious arrival experience for all colleagues and guests
- Handle all guests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Capture individual preferences of colleagues and guests for future visits and accommodate special requests
- Resolve schedule conflicts and troubleshoot meeting issues
- Coordinate meeting catering, AV setups, and room preparations
- Report and assist with maintenance and cleaning needs
- Answer main company phone line promptly and professionally
- Serve as floater coverage for backup support
