Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Three plus years of experience in events, hospitality, workplace operations or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive and able to work well under pressure
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Availability to work onsite 3-5 days a week in San Francisco
- Willingness to work occasional early-morning or evening events
Job Qualifications
- Three plus years of experience in events, hospitality, workplace operations or related field
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Warm, polished communication skills and comfortable interacting with guests and cross-functional teams at all levels
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving skills and calm demeanor under pressure
- Experience with Google Workspace, Jira, Prism, Swoogo or similar event/operation systems is a plus
- Willingness to support occasional early-morning or evening events
Job Duties
- Support the planning and execution of internal events, recurring programs, team moments, and customer-facing engagements
- Own day-of logistics such as room bookings, setups, catering coordination, guest sign-in and flow, decor, entertainment, supply management, and AV touchpoints
- Partner with Workplace Operations, Culinary, AV, Security, Executive Business Partners and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure program alignment and smooth coordination
- Maintain event calendars, run-of-show documents, checklists, and operational tools to keep events organized
- Provide warm and high-touch onsite hosting, troubleshooting issues in real time to ensure smooth event experiences
- Support teammates during large-scale events and high-volume days with collaboration and operational assistance
