Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 3 years’ experience in workplace services, facilities support or equivalent
- strong organizational abilities
- excellent communication skills
- commitment to customer service
- capability to work onsite five days a week from 8am-5pm
- proficiency with MS Office Suite
- ability to perform light handiwork
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Support internal employee request and services through Fresh Service ticketing system
- coordinate building maintenance requests as needed
- proficient in using basic tools and conducting light handiwork
- coordinate and set up internal office-wide and client events by preparing conference rooms and office logistics with oversight
- partner with executive admins, IT support team and larger Operations Team to execute internal event requests
- prepare workstations and offices for new hires, termed employees and internal moves
- collaborate with security concierge for backup support during lunches and breaks
- manage mail/package receiving and processing through USPS and FedEx
- conduct daily rounds to inspect office space and address building concerns
- participate in special projects as assigned
- perform other ad-hoc duties
