Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet and manage visitors and TD Facility occupants
- Build and maintain knowledge of applicable TD Facilities and personnel
- Verify and log all visitor names and applicable security access
- Provide general information and guidance to visitors and personnel
- Notify TD personnel of visitor arrivals and provide escorted access as needed
- Assist visitors with accessibility needs
- Maintain professional and orderly presentation of the front reception desk
- Ensure workplace etiquette is maintained
- Fulfill TD requests including adhoc projects, data entry, event planning, signage creation, and reception area decoration
- Monitor, document, and report any issues impacting facility safety and security
- Perform light cleaning duties and maintain café and common area inventory
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure AV equipment functionality
- Assist with meeting room setup, catering requirements, and post-meeting room resets
- Troubleshoot basic meeting technology issues
- Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance requests
- Receive and sort mail and package deliveries
- Update elevator lobby directory as required
