Job Duties
- Serve as initial point of contact for client employee inquiries, issues, and feedback related to training centers and meeting services
- Conduct routine walkthroughs of training centers and meeting rooms to ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Build meaningful relationships with client employees and guests through visible engagement and active workplace presence
- Manage conference room bookings and resolve scheduling conflicts as training center event concierge
- Respond to all requests within one day, including personal follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction
- Support data collection and analysis to align with client goals and objectives
- Collaborate with account teams across all business lines to deliver comprehensive experience services
- Organize and operationalize key engagement events to enhance client location experience
