Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or high school diploma with 4 years relevant experience
- ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
- effective communication skills

- flexibility to work on-site in Honolulu

Job Duties
- Lead the workforce development program for HII, Mission Technologies in Hawaii
- coordinate operations as a liaison between the intern team, project manager, the program management office, and the Honolulu office leadership team
- recruit, assess, and manage a workforce development pool of interns, candidates, employees, and SkillBridge participants
- manage intern hiring, onboarding, schedules, engagement, compliance, and development
- establish project plans, timelines, deliverables, and mentorship initiatives for intern professional development
- develop curriculum and oversee execution of a comprehensive summer internship program
- collaborate across academic institutions, government, and industry partners on workforce development initiatives
- actively engage with the larger HII internship program monthly to identify resources and opportunities for Hawaii based interns and inform them of program progress
- assist, track, and manage security clearance packets and process for candidates through HII security managers
- participate in local outreach events through career fairs, workshops, and community engagement activities
- assess, capture, and report performance metrics for ensuring alignment with organizational goals, objectives, and contractual requirements to the project manager
- develop strategies for program growth and expansion to include engaging senior members of the HII team to provide mentorship, work experiences, and industry awareness
- mentor junior team members on career pathways in support of P3I vision and goals
- assist with administrative duties for the Honolulu Office supporting day-to-day operations
- additional duties as assigned or required
