Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Must have accepted a UA Little Rock work-study award for 2025-2026
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to perform physical activities including grasping, repetitive motion, hearing, keyboarding, pulling, pushing, crouching, and lifting
  • No background check required

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or higher
  • Must have accepted a UA Little Rock work-study award for 2025-2026
  • Previous office work preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong learning skills
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Punctuality
  • Familiarity with Windows 11 and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher
  • Ability to share personal student experience
  • Passionate about being a Trojan student
  • Ability to build a positive learning environment

Job Duties

  • Answer the phone line
  • Make copies and send faxes
  • Assist students as they come into the office
  • Research topics and provide short reports of findings
  • Provide valuable input on life as a student
  • Secret shop various processes on campus
  • Data entry in Excel
  • Deliver documents to other offices on campus
  • Organize projects
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties that may arise as instructed by the manager or supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned
