Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • valid driver’s license
  • 2+ years of related experience in customer service or dispatching
  • 2+ years of related experience with data entry, scheduling workloads, and processing work orders
  • computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • excellent planning and organizational skills
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • ability to be badged to work in secure areas of an airport
  • ability to work day or night shift including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Coordinate customer service requirements with onsite maintenance personnel
  • answer phones and enter work orders into the CMMS system
  • oversee the scheduling of technicians and input required information into CMMS
  • serve as the first contact to customers and vendors
  • implement work order schedules maximizing technician and resource usage
  • run operation reports and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity
  • comply with company safety program and trainings
  • work productively and cohesively in a diverse and multicultural environment
  • perform other duties as assigned
