Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- valid driver’s license
- ability to obtain and maintain an Airport Security Badge
- compliance with the ELS Drug and Alcohol Policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- previous airport or maintenance experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- customer service skills
- familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- ability to type at least 30 WPM
- effective communication via two-way radio
- basic mechanical or electrical aptitude is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage and dispatch work orders for conveyor line issues and maintenance tasks
- schedule and track the timely completion of work orders
- follow company procedures and escalate issues promptly to minimize system downtime
- maintain databases, reports, and flight tables related to system operations
- run and distribute operational reports as scheduled or requested
- serve as a communication hub between technicians and site management
- assist with clearing system jams when needed
- support parts inventory tracking and data entry in the CMMS
- complete required safety training and comply with all safety policies
- perform additional duties as assigned
