Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to obtain and maintain an Airport Security Badge
  • compliance with the ELS Drug and Alcohol Policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous airport or maintenance experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • customer service skills
  • familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • ability to type at least 30 WPM
  • effective communication via two-way radio
  • basic mechanical or electrical aptitude is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage and dispatch work orders for conveyor line issues and maintenance tasks
  • schedule and track the timely completion of work orders
  • follow company procedures and escalate issues promptly to minimize system downtime
  • maintain databases, reports, and flight tables related to system operations
  • run and distribute operational reports as scheduled or requested
  • serve as a communication hub between technicians and site management
  • assist with clearing system jams when needed
  • support parts inventory tracking and data entry in the CMMS
  • complete required safety training and comply with all safety policies
  • perform additional duties as assigned
