Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior aviation experience required
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to work various shifts including early mornings and red-eye flights
  • willingness to relocate to or commute to South San Francisco, CA
  • ability to pass FAA certification and training program
  • availability for on-call reserve status

Job Duties

  • conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with FAA regulations
  • assist passengers with seating and carry-on stowage
  • perform pre-flight safety and security checks
  • provide in-flight customer service including beverage and snack distribution
  • manage emergency situations and administer first aid when necessary
  • participate in crew briefings and collaborate with flight crew
  • handle post-flight duties including cabin checks and deplaning assistance
