Job Duties

  • greet and assist passengers during boarding
  • perform safety demonstrations and monitor cabin compliance
  • deliver inflight service including beverages and snacks
  • respond to passenger requests and emergencies
  • coordinate post-flight cabin checks and security
  • manage in-flight conflict resolution and customer service
