- excellent customer service skills

- must pass FAA certification training

Job Duties
- conduct pre-flight safety and emergency equipment checks
- greet and assist passengers during boarding
- perform safety demonstrations and monitor cabin compliance
- deliver inflight service including beverages and snacks
- respond to passenger requests and emergencies
- coordinate post-flight cabin checks and security
- manage in-flight conflict resolution and customer service
