Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age upon application
- high school diploma or GED required
- valid passport with ability to travel to all international destinations served
- ability to pass FAA-mandated background check
- pass drug test
- complete intensive 6-week training program

Job Duties
- Lead cabin safety procedures
- conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
- enforce FAA regulations
- execute emergency evacuations
- manage turbulence protocols
- respond to security threats
- respond to in-flight medical emergencies with first aid, CPR, and AEDs
- collaborate with flight deck crew and ground medical support
- deliver exceptional customer service including meal and beverage service
- anticipate and cater to customer needs
- resolve issues such as flight delays, conflicts, and special requests
- work closely with flight crews, gate agents, and pilots to ensure smooth operations and timely departures
