Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age upon application
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • valid passport with ability to travel to all international destinations served
  • ability to pass FAA-mandated background check
  • pass drug test
  • complete intensive 6-week training program

  • physical fitness to perform safety and emergency duties

Job Duties

  • Lead cabin safety procedures
  • conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
  • enforce FAA regulations
  • execute emergency evacuations
  • manage turbulence protocols
  • respond to security threats
  • respond to in-flight medical emergencies with first aid, CPR, and AEDs
  • collaborate with flight deck crew and ground medical support
  • deliver exceptional customer service including meal and beverage service
  • anticipate and cater to customer needs
  • resolve issues such as flight delays, conflicts, and special requests
  • work closely with flight crews, gate agents, and pilots to ensure smooth operations and timely departures
