Job Requirements
- At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
- Ability to collaborate with military and community-based Quality of Life strategic partners
- Skill in maintaining and updating program and administrative reference materials, project files, policies, procedures, and records
- Competence in delivering services via multiple forms including virtual and in-person means
- Experience supporting Rest and Recuperation (R&R) services for deployed service members
- Proficiency in managing program documentation within approved databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Proven ability to maintain and update program and administrative materials accurately
- Experience delivering services through virtual and in-person platforms including webinars, videos, and one-on-one consultations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Knowledge of the CNIC database or ability to learn database management systems rapidly
Job Duties
- Collaborating with military and community-based Quality of Life (QOL) strategic partners on executing multi-departmental installation Quality of Life (QOL) primary prevention events and activities
- Maintaining timely and accurate program and administrative reference materials, project files, policies, procedures, records, and written instructions from the supervisor utilizing approved CNIC database repository and applicable databases
- Maximizing various forms of service delivery, including virtual services via webinar, video, email, phone, R&R support to deployed service members
- Conducting group classes, one-on-one consultations, and Information and Referral (I&R) services in-person, online webinar or video, telephone, and email to service members ashore and afloat
- Supporting Rest and Recuperation (R&R) services aboard ships for deployed service members
- Updating and managing program documents and maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
- Serving as a liaison between service members, families, and Quality of Life partners to ensure coordination and effectiveness of support programs
