Job Duties

  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving guest concerns and issues
  • Monitor online reviews and feedback, taking corrective actions when necessary
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and more
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest service
  • Manage the hotel's budget, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures
  • Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability
  • Monitor financial reports and make strategic decisions to achieve financial goals
