Job Requirements

  • Be enrolled as a UAF student taking at least 6 credits per semester
  • Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 or be newly enrolled
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and independent work skills
  • Exhibit strong communication and customer service skills
  • Be honest and trustworthy
  • Successfully pass a background check
  • Be available to work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday between 6:30 AM and midnight

Job Qualifications

  • Enrollment as a UAF student with a minimum of 6 credits per semester
  • Minimum GPA of 2.0 or be a newly enrolled student
  • Strong reading, writing, speaking, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Preferred experience in office environment
  • Background in customer service
  • Professional demeanor and sound judgment

Job Duties

  • Provide accurate campus information to students and visitors
  • Manage lost and found items efficiently
  • Facilitate game area operations including pool, ping pong, bowling, and video games
  • Sell tickets for campus and community events
  • Operate the campus switchboard
  • Stock snacks, drinks, and other essentials for student use
  • Assist with setup and support for major campus events like concerts and game nights
