Job Requirements
- Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods
- Willingness to follow safety protocols
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in cleaning or facility maintenance preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
- Wash, fold, and stock member towels and ensure locker rooms are neat and orderly
- Ensure the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow department budget guidelines
- Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures
