Job Requirements
- Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
- ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
- willingness to adhere to Life Time's standards of cleanliness and safety
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays if required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
- strong customer service skills
- ability to follow safety and operational guidelines
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and club members
Job Duties
- Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
- washes, folds, and stocks member towels
- ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly
- ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
- responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
