Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of closely related cooking experience
  • ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
  • valid food handler's card
  • able to work unsupervised for long periods
  • ability to demonstrate good judgment in kitchen cleaning and organization
  • ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
  • ability to lift minimum 50 lbs
  • ability to perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing ladder, and walking long distances
  • standing for long periods
  • ability to work in environment with varying temperatures
