Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of closely related cooking experience
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- valid food handler's card
- able to work unsupervised for long periods
- ability to demonstrate good judgment in kitchen cleaning and organization
- ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
- ability to lift minimum 50 lbs
- ability to perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing ladder, and walking long distances
- standing for long periods
- ability to work in environment with varying temperatures
