  • experience in high-volume cooking and asian cuisine
  • ability to work under pressure
  • strong attention to detail
  • good physical stamina
  • ability to multitask efficiently

  • expertise in asian cuisine and wok cooking techniques
  • ability to work efficiently in high-volume kitchen environments
  • strong culinary skills in stir-frying, deep frying, and steaming

Job Duties

  • prepare various asian-inspired dishes using wok cooking techniques
  • maintain high standards of food quality and consistency during high-volume service
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • work efficiently under pressure to meet timely meal preparation
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • report operational needs and equipment issues to management
  • adjust seasoning, temperature, and cooking times to meet quality standards
