Job Requirements
- University degree in engineering with 1+ year of wireline experience or two year technical associates degree and 3+ years of wireline experience or high school diploma/GED and 7+ years of wireline experience
- Proven leadership ability
- Experience working at oil and gas well sites
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work onsite in various locations and travel as required
- Commitment to safety and compliance
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Ability to interpret logging data and troubleshoot wellsite issues

Job Duties
- Managing a team of two or more field operators
- Overseeing and assigning training, competencies, verifying and approving time sheets, expenses, DOT files, on-boarding, off-boarding, interviewing, promotions, terminations, and performance reviews for direct reports
- Working directly with customer representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations with the rig and or production facility
- Providing record of all assemblies as run to the customer representative at the wellsite
- Advising customer representative in the logging and completions operations, interpreting logging data, troubleshooting, and other wellsite analysis and decision-making processes
- Managing crew and equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging and completions services
- Maintaining records and communications as required by the District Service Delivery Manager or Coordinator
