Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience
- Experience with POS systems
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Positive attitude towards customer service
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Physical capability to stand for extended hours and perform store-related physical activities
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- At least 6 months of customer service experience in a retail environment
- Experience operating a POS system accurately
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical ability to stand for 6-8 hours and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting
Job Duties
- Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring the store is welcoming and providing outstanding customer service
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, team members, and leadership through active listening and solution-oriented conversations
- Receive and apply training on wireless products and services to educate customers effectively
- Manage customer accounts by scheduling appointments, investigating account details, and recommending suitable plans and offers
- Document customer interactions and account information with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized retail store environment by performing regular cleaning and merchandise management
- Support sales transactions by operating the POS system and ensuring transaction accuracy
