Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to measure and cut wire and cable accurately
- Basic math proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work safely with machinery and follow safety protocols
- Good communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Forklift certification is a plus

- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
- Basic math skills, including the ability to read and interpret measurements
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with wire cutting tools and equipment a plus
- Forklift certification is an advantage but not required
Job Duties
- Measure and cut wire and cable accurately to customer orders and specifications using appropriate tools and machinery
- Safely operate wire cutting machines and tools, ensuring equipment is maintained in good working condition
- Inspect wire and cable for defects or damage before and after cutting to ensure high-quality output
- Label and package cut wires neatly and accurately for shipment or storage
- Track and manage inventory of wire and cable stock, reporting low levels or discrepancies to the supervisor
- Record cutting activities, including measurements and quantities, in the inventory or order management system
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while handling wire and equipment
- Work with warehouse, shipping, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Keep the cutting station clean, organized, and free from hazards
- Other responsibilities may be assigned
