Capital Credit Union Park and Boomerang Catering are proud to be home to the 2023 and 2025 Northwoods League Champion Green Bay Rockers. These establishments form a dynamic hub for community sports, entertainment, and hospitality within Green Bay, Wisconsin. Job Requirements
- Enrolled in a college program related to event management or hospitality
- Commitment to working all 36 Rocker games and additional 10 to 15 events
- Willingness to find own housing during internship
- Availability from January 1, 2026 to May 1, 2026 with flexible times
- Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Plan, organize and execute events at different locations
- Ensure that all aspects of the event run smoothly and according to plan
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to ensure that everything is in place
- Oversee event budgets and ensure that expenses stay within the set limits
- Manage event logistics including setting up and breaking down equipment and decor
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Supervise event staff including event planners, caterers, and event support staff
- Create detailed event timelines and schedules to ensure that everything happens on time
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event and take corrective action
