Job Requirements

  • Passion for Bogus Basin’s mission and commitment to guest service
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in food, beverage, or hospitality operations preferred
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to operate a passenger van safely and responsibly
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move up to 35 lbs
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work the full winter season
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • Oversee nightly food and beverage operations at multiple lodges
  • Ensure evening staff follow safety and cleanliness standards
  • Support closing procedures including sanitation, cash handling, and reporting
  • Communicate with venue supervisors and management about nightly issues
  • Operate the PM staff van transporting employees safely
  • Coordinate nightly staffing, task assignments, and coverage needs
  • Serve as the on-site contact for food and beverage staff during evening hours
  • Maintain a visible professional presence during service
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Promote safety by enforcing safe work practices
  • Report operational issues, maintenance needs, and incidents
  • Perform additional related tasks as necessary
