Job Requirements
- Passion for Bogus Basin’s mission and commitment to guest service
- Leadership or supervisory experience in food, beverage, or hospitality operations preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to operate a passenger van safely and responsibly
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move up to 35 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work the full winter season
- Must be able to pass a background check

Job Duties
- Oversee nightly food and beverage operations at multiple lodges
- Ensure evening staff follow safety and cleanliness standards
- Support closing procedures including sanitation, cash handling, and reporting
- Communicate with venue supervisors and management about nightly issues
- Operate the PM staff van transporting employees safely
- Coordinate nightly staffing, task assignments, and coverage needs
- Serve as the on-site contact for food and beverage staff during evening hours
- Maintain a visible professional presence during service
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
- Promote safety by enforcing safe work practices
- Report operational issues, maintenance needs, and incidents
- Perform additional related tasks as necessary
