Job Requirements

  • Passion for Bogus Basin's mission
  • Ability to perform janitorial tasks efficiently and accurately with or without supervision
  • Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand, balance, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch as required
  • Ability to lift, move, and/or support up to 35 lbs
  • Manual dexterity to perform cleaning and stocking duties
  • Ability to work the full winter season mid-October through mid-May
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Job Duties

  • Maintain a neat and clean condition of all assigned areas including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning
  • Clean and restock bathrooms and report any maintenance issues as needed
  • Organize and maintain cleanliness in lodge common areas
  • Promote safety by following safe practices and reporting unsafe conditions
  • Assist guests with questions or concerns and direct them to supervisors or managers
  • Perform other related tasks as necessary
