Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area is the largest nonprofit mountain recreation area in the nation, nestled in the Boise National Forest of Idaho.   • Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity to process cash and credit card transactions and operate POS systems
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and balance for long periods
  • Ability to work the full winter season from mid-October through mid-May

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently process guest purchases using POS terminals
  • Handle both cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and care
  • Maintain stock levels of prepackaged food and sale items
  • Assist with cleaning and upkeep of food and beverage areas
  • Assist in training staff, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment
  • Promote safety by following safe practices and reporting unsafe conditions
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude toward guests and staff
  • Provide assistance to guests, referring them to a supervisor or manager if needed
  • Attend required training sessions
  • Perform other related tasks as necessary
