- manual dexterity to handle cash and operate POS and coffee equipment
- demonstrated ability to multitask accurately and efficiently
- availability to work mid-October through mid-May

- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- Quickly and efficiently prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks that meet quality standards
- accurately and efficiently process guests' transactions using POS terminals
- help maintain stocking levels for all sale items including prepackaged food items
- assist with cleaning the Espresso cart areas
- maintain a professional attitude toward guests and staff
- assist guests with questions or concerns, seeking help from a supervisor or manager when needed
- resolve cash tills and perform all check-out functions daily
