Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and minimum 2 years driving experience
- Energetic, outgoing personality capable of standing, running, and lifting items up to 50lbs
- Excellent communicator with a professional and friendly attitude
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle is a plus
- Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Energetic with the ability to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken form with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience in valet parking preferred
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
Job Duties
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession according to company guidelines
- Maintain company uniform appearance and provide excellent customer service
- Stand and walk for most of the day, including assisting with items weighing up to 50lbs
- Complete small cleaning, maintenance tasks, or other special projects as requested
