Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- able to be friendly and smile frequently
- able to work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distractions
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to move about the facility and stand for long periods
- able to walk or stand 100% of shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the combination of food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor promptly informed of all problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- provide timely and accurate service managing wait times and communicating information to guests, team members, and managers
- greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple functions
- assist guests with all requests, answer questions, and make recommendations
- provide game assistance by notifying support technicians or management as needed
- bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and inviting their return
- notify manager of any guest perceived to be unhappy
- practice proper cost controls by weighing tickets and scanning merchandise accurately
- stock, display, and secure merchandise in storage areas
- reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory
- conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts
- check and restock necessary supplies
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the winner’s circle
- position and set up displays to increase guest traffic and promote sales
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with coworkers to foster a cooperative and harmonious work environment
