Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Be friendly and able to smile frequently
  • Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • Read and write handwritten notes
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Move about facility and stand for long periods
  • Walk or stand 100% of shift
  • Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Basic math skills for transactions and inventory
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through optimal combination of food, drinks and games
  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of all significant problems or unusual matters and take corrective or suggest alternative actions
  • Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating with guests, team members, and managers
  • Greet guests positively and enthusiastically while multitasking
  • Assist guests with requests, answer questions and recommend items
  • Provide game assistance by notifying support technicians or management
  • Bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and invite them to return
  • Notify manager of any unhappy guests
  • Practice proper cost control by weighing tickets and scanning merchandise
  • Stock, display and secure merchandise in storage areas
  • Reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory
  • Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts
  • Check and restock necessary supplies
  • Review cleanliness and organization of Winner's Circle
  • Set up displays to increase guest traffic and promote sales
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Maintain favorable working relationships to foster cooperative and harmonious work climate
