Job Requirements
- Be friendly and able to smile frequently
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage wait times
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times
- Greet guests with positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Assist guests with requests and make recommendations
- Provide game assistance by notifying support technicians or management
- Bid farewell to guests and invite them to return
