Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to smile and maintain a friendly demeanor
- Availability to work days, nights and or weekends
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk 100 percent of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

- Strong communication skills
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Minimum age of 16 years
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating with guests and team members
- Greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions
- Assist guests with requests and answer questions while making recommendations
- Provide game assistance by notifying support technicians or management as needed
- Bid farewell to guests leaving and ensure satisfaction and invite return
- Notify manager of unhappy guests
- Practice cost controls by weighing tickets and scanning merchandise
- Stock, display and secure merchandise in storage areas
- Reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory
- Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts
- Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle
- Set up displays to increase guest traffic and promote sales
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to promote morale and productivity
- Be at least 16 years of age
