Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to be friendly and smile frequently
  • Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
  • Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
  • Ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk 100% of shift
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling tickets and merchandise
  • Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
  • Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating with guests and staff
  • Greet guests positively and assist with all requests and questions
  • Provide game assistance and report issues to support technicians or management
  • Bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and invite return visits
  • Practice cost controls by weighing tickets and scanning merchandise
  • Stock, display, and secure merchandise
  • Reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory
  • Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts
  • Restock supplies and discuss problems with management
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle
  • Set up displays to increase guest traffic and promote sales
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Foster a cooperative and harmonious working environment
