Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
- Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to guests, team members, and managers
- Greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions
- Assist guests with all requests and answer questions as needed and make recommendations on items
- Provide game assistance by promptly notifying support technicians or management as needed
- Bid farewell to guests leaving, ensure everything was satisfactory, and invite guests to return
- Notify manager of any guest that is perceived to be unhappy
- Practice proper cost controls by accurately weighing tickets and scanning merchandise
- Stock, display, and secure merchandise in all storage areas
- Reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory
- Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shift if applicable
- Check for restocking of necessary supplies and bring all areas up to standard while discussing problem areas with manager
- Review cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle
- ensure all plush and shelves are stocked, properly cleaned, and maintained
- Properly position and set up displays to increase guest traffic and promote sales
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximum morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness
