Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
  • Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
  • Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to guests, team members, and managers
  • Greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions
  • Assist guests with all requests and answer questions as needed and make recommendations on items
  • Provide game assistance by promptly notifying support technicians or management as needed
  • Bid farewell to guests leaving, ensure everything was satisfactory, and invite guests to return
  • Notify manager of any guest that is perceived to be unhappy
  • Practice proper cost controls by accurately weighing tickets and scanning merchandise
  • Stock, display, and secure merchandise in all storage areas
  • Reconcile tickets and merchandise inventory
  • Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shift if applicable
  • Check for restocking of necessary supplies and bring all areas up to standard while discussing problem areas with manager
  • Review cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle
  • ensure all plush and shelves are stocked, properly cleaned, and maintained
  • Properly position and set up displays to increase guest traffic and promote sales
  • Assist other team members as needed
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximum morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness
