Job Requirements

  • minimum 6 months experience in restaurant or retail environment
  • ability to open and close shifts as needed
  • some experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • full mobility of hands and arms for performing repetitive tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist and support the general manager in meeting store goals, including covering for the general manager's days off
  • drive operational excellence by driving sales and controlling labor and food costs during shifts
  • follow all cash management and cash register policies and ensure proper cash management practices
  • assure daily bank cash deposits and verify daily credit card batch settlement
  • maintain permanent food safety and restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company policy and standard operating procedures
  • engage in professional conversation with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • complete weekly inventory and prepare and submit food and supply orders
