Job Requirements
- minimum 6 months experience in restaurant or retail environment
- ability to open and close shifts as needed
- some experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- full mobility of hands and arms for performing repetitive tasks
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist and support the general manager in meeting store goals, including covering for the general manager's days off
- drive operational excellence by driving sales and controlling labor and food costs during shifts
- follow all cash management and cash register policies and ensure proper cash management practices
- assure daily bank cash deposits and verify daily credit card batch settlement
- maintain permanent food safety and restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company policy and standard operating procedures
- engage in professional conversation with customers to ensure satisfaction
- complete weekly inventory and prepare and submit food and supply orders
